Adler opened the door to the Leaky Cauldron when they reached it, letting Krys go in first and thankful for the burst of cool air. "What do you think of them?" he asked next. He doesn't care who is sister dated, friends, family friends, professors, whatever - but he knew that some people didn't like their friends, best friends even, dating family members.

"I really don't care who Chole dates, let alone my brother. I've got my own worries to concentrate on." she told him, finding a place for them to sit within the place.

He followed her to the seats that she chose. The place had it's usual customers and then some - a bit on the semi-busy side since it was just after lunch time. He nodded in agreement to what she said, but didn't touch any more on the matter.

Krystina fell silent again. Most of the people she even talked to she already knew since she'd taken the time when she was younger to get to know them. However, in this case, Krystina didn't know how to get to know him even if she wanted to know him. She sighed, looking bored, and thinking that maybe he'd bring something up for them to talk about.

Adler decided then and there that he was not very good at small talk. He took off his glasses, though, and suit jacket, putting them on the seat next to him. "Hungry? Thirsty? Both?" he asked her.

Krsytina nodded to the second question, but shook her head "no" at the first and last one. She gave him a smirk, and looked around at all the bodies within the place.

"Alright, what was it that you wanted?" he asked her figuring he'd just fo to the bar and order because all the waitresses seemed busy and, on top of that, didn't seem to acknoowledge that they had sat down.

Krystina all awhile was thinking about what she'd want, and when Adler asked her, she hadn't made up her mind yet. She shrugged,"Anything that would probably cause me to not know what the hell I'm doing, and someone could take advantage of me." Of course, she was only joking. Well, sort of. "Kidding..." she then said, and told him she'd like a nice glass of raspberry Smirnoff.

Adler laughed, while standing up. "Well, if you drink enough of those, I'm sure they'll get you to where you want." he told her with a smile before leaving the table to go pick up their drinks. He returned a few minuted later with two glasses of clear liquids. Setting them on the table, he sat back down.

She grinned at him in a thanks fashion, though normally Krystina never used her manners she wa taught. Some called her the cold-blooded bitch, and she lived up to the reputation, but sometimes didn't live up to it. Like just now. Krystina took the glass in hand, and began to sip huge gulp of her liquid down her throat. It had been forever since she'd had one of these.

Contrary to Krys, Adler was always trying to be a gentleman - even if he got in fights; he'd always play fair which I guess is the most gentleman you can be while trying to pulverize another person. He took a sip of his own drink and set it back on the table while looking around. "Do you come here at night, ever?" he asked, thinking about how different and loud it was after the sun set.

"When I feel like sneaking out of the castle, which is about every night. So yes, you could say that I do come here a lot."

He laughed. "Yeah, except you can hardly call it sneaking anymore. There's what, one caretaker? And thousands of ways to get out..."

"Yeah, which makes it boring trying to get out. I like the thrill of the chase. Ya know?"

He grinned and took a sip from his drink. "I agree. So... do you play quidditch, then, Ms. Thrill-seeker?" he asked, teasing about the thrill-seeking part. Everyone needed to put some spice into their lives.
