Setting down the mug, he gave a smirk and a soft laugh of amusement - though it was understandable for her to have guessed Ravenclaw, he could see that. "...Slytherin," he corrected her, his eyes flicking up to hers briefly to watch her reaction. "And, I am assuming, that you, yourself, are in Gryffindor...?" he inquired delicately.

She smiled. Slytherin was a good house, she had to agree. Ifshe wasn't so out-spoken she would have been placed in it like most of her family, although unlike Sirius Black, they accepted the fact that she wore red instead of green. "Slytherin is a good house, although a Gryffindor such as myself prefers the color of scarlet." She gave an amused wink.

Well, at least she wasn't one of the do-gooder Gryffindors who seemed to have a problem with anything that even hinted at being connected with the cunning, ambitious house of Salazar Slytherin.
"A Slytherin such as myself always found the colours green and silver to be far more flattering," he replied with a smirk.

She gave a short laugh. "The color green is ok I guess.. Scarlet is so much better.. although I have always prefered Silver to gold for some reason.." She gave a smirk of her own. At least he wasn't on of those rude to Gryffindor, Slytherins.

"Well, I must say that scarlet does suit you rather well," he said, nodding to her shirt.

She looked at her shirt and gave a small laugh. "I got plenty of stares from muggles today, thats for sure." She gave a wink at a passing old lady who huffed and continued walking. She leaned in slightly. "Being a pureblood, makes it hard to accept muggle customs, you know what I mean?"

"I understand completely," he smirked. "You can always tell the difference between a pure-blood and a half-blood, I always find," he continued; in a civilised conversation, Salvador would not say the word 'mudblood', as it was impolite - but the way he said 'half-blood' as good as suggested the word. "Half-bloods always seem to have a rather mongrel-ish sort of look about them... don't you think?"
Little did he know, he was only insulting himself.

She nodded. "It's like at hogwarts, in gryffindor, there are rarely anyone who can show proper mannerisms. I bet in Slytherin there are alot more people who believe in chivalry." She took a sip of her drink. "I guess it all depends on the upbringing, being pureblooded, we have been exposed to so many things, whereas half-bloods havn't."

"I beg to differ," he said. "It is the half-bloods who have been exposed... they mingle with common muggles, and adopt their style of life as they can only see fit. Though I do agree that upbringing does play a large part."

She gave a nod that said she agreed. "I just find that these... 'people', have extremly different veiws of life then us. We center everything about magic, and they.. well they don't.."

"Precisely," he smirked. "They toss aside their gift, forfeiting any kindness they may have possibly stood to receive from those of us whom are inclined to indulge in such friendship - I say 'us', of course, to mean those of pure blood - and claim that muggles are just as superior. To which I respond - what utter rubbish."
It was just what Salvador needed, a bitching session on muggles.
"Please excuse me," he said, getting to his feet with his mug in his hand, "I need another cup of this foul tea..." Moving away from the table, he went to the service counter and ordered another.

She chuckled softly as he stood and nodded. She understood. "Of course." She took to taking small bites of her snack.

Salvador was English, and therefore practically lived off tea. It didn't matter that the museum's tea tasted terrible - rather like mud, actually - the fact was, he needed it. Looking down at the muggle money in his hand, he had to look closely as to which one was a twenty pence piece, and which was a fifty as they were both an odd shape, and he couldn't remember which was the smaller. He did so surreptitiously - he was not going to have a muggle laugh at him because he was 'odd'.
Walking back to his and Zoe's table with his cup of tea, Salvador halted, his mouth thinning and his jaw-line becoming more sharply defined, as one of the muggle boys - from the same table as before - called out, "Oi, toff!" trying, in a vulgar way, to attract his attention, only to try and insult him more. Choosing to ignore him, Salvador continued on his way, sitting back down at the table. He scowled; those were the sort of muggles he detested most.

"Vulgar destestable things arn't they? Rude and obnoxious." Zoe shook her head slightly. "If only my father were here, her would.. take care of them..." She said the last part absentmindedly, not even really noticing that she had said anything about her family.

"Oh really?" Salvador smirked, arching an eyebrow slightly.
