Winter had already out stayed its welcome in many minds. The nights were always cold, colder than winters in the past. Simon Slytherin was one of the few that thought so. It was a cool night in Hogsmeade. The wind blew, cold enough to freeze blood running through veins. Simon was all bundled up in a black winter coat, think black slacks, and a dark green scarf wrapped about his neck. Underneath the coat he were two black turtle necks, and hugging at his feet were a pair of black Osiris' that his Aunt Quanda had given him. Though Muggle shoes, he adored them very much. They were exceptionally comfortable.
Simon was just walking about, there was nothing to do. Or at least he was bored, he didn't know about others. He ran a hand through his shaggy dirty blonde hair, and stroked his beard and mustache, thinking of what he could do. While thinking he ended up zoning out and bumping into someone. The person was in fact Contessa Riddle who didn't recognize Simon as her ex-boyfriend, and he didn't register her either. They just walked on after saying a few whispered sorry's.
