Miriam sighed as she stripped her robe off and slid into the hot tub. While the cold water in the actual pool would be a shock, she felt like she deserved to relax in the hot, bubbling water after her hard day.
At least David won't be here. And no one else is really here either, especially not many guys. I should be safe, for a while at least.
She was wearing a sports-bra-like swimsuit top in deep forest green, with a dark black short-shorts bottom. It was the only type of swimsuit David had ever let her have, let alone wear. She smiled slightly, thinking of how he would freak if he saw her in the hot tub. To him, it was the ultimate invitation for other guys. She sighed and laid her head back, relaxing just a little.

Skylar was getting annoyed with being inside the school, and sighed to himself as he made his way outside to the hot tub next to the swimming pool. He just waltzed out in black swim trunks, and stopped when he noticed someone already in the hot tub. He nodded in greeting to Miriam, and dived into the swimming pool after putting his long blonde hair up in a ponytail.

She barely noticed his entrance, until she heard him dive into the pool that is. By then she was so relaxed she didn't bother to worry. Chances were he didn't notice her. Finally she stood and walked over to the pool. She didn't bother trying to test the water, and simply dove in, making a large splash and heading off to the other end. Her mind was so busy she didn't notice Skylar in there.

Skylar was too into swimming that the next thing he knew he swam into her. He came back up for air, and waited for her to do that same.

She came up for air not far from him, and seemed to be very agitated. "I'm sorry....... very sorry.... I wasn't watching where I was going...... Sorry....."

Skylar gave her a weird look, but let it dissipate. "No, no. It was my fault, I'm sorry."

She nodded slightly and swam again, but now she was shivering. Finally she had to stop and relax in the corner, biting her lip slightly. Sooner or later David would come for her, and she was worried he would harm her if he found her in the pool with a man.

Skylar watched her swim off, feeling kinda down, but resumed his swimming. All girls had their reasons for not staying around him. He came back up from swimming with a sigh, and looked over at the girl, she was till where she was so that meant he hadn't been swimming around long. He mentally shrugged and swam over to her. "Are you okay?" he asked her.

She shrugged slightly. Then, behind her, a young man with dark black hair appeared.
"Miriam. Why are you in here? You are not allowed to be with other men. Get out now."
She tensed, then turned and went to get out of the pool. "I'm sorry, David. I have wronged you...."
He lifted a hand and smacked her cheek, leaving a red mark. She did not react with surprise, but merely went and got her towel. Her gripped her arm tightly and was beginning to drag her out of the pool room when....

She shook her head slightly at him. "Please, don't yell at him. You'll only make it worse for me."
David jerked her back. "Shut your mouth!"
She bowed her head quietly and followed David out.
That night, she was running back when David threw her against the wall. She couldn't hold back a scream as her back hit the wall, and her heard a bone break. How she wished she had made it to the Common Room! No one would find her here. Not now.

Skylar shook his head, and got out of the pool He magically changed into some clean clothes, and ran after them. He couldn't let a guy like him treat a girl like her or any other girl for that matter like that.

She shuddered as he beat her ferociously, her body bound to the wall by his curse. She screamed once more before he shut her mouth with another curse.

Skylar tore the guy from the girl, and began to verbally fight with him. "Dude! What the hell do you think you're doing? Look at what you're doing to her. You shouldn't even be allowed near a girl!"

David threw him off and continued his work, now mainly aiming at her face. she had defied him, and she would pay!
